Lowongan Kerja DECA Group

Saat ini DECA Group memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Visual Merchandise

Requirements :

• At least 2 year working experience as Visual Merchandiser
• Bachelor degree required (Interior Design/Architecture/DKV)
• Have deep understanding in Visual Merchandising
• Have a sufficient skill using Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp/3Dxmax

2. Field Promotion

Requirements :

• Experience in beauty industry is a must
• Have atleast 2 years of experience in supervisory level
• Excellence communication skill
• Excellence Microsoft Excel skill
• Have a leadership skill

3. Key Account Management

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience managing the modern trade account (DC, Health & Beauty, Minimarkets)
• Passionate in sales & trade beauty industry
• Excellent skills in Ms Office tools
• Strong negotiation skills, leadership, communication selling skills, and creativity
• Exposure and familiarity in data analysis

4. PR & Marcomm

Requirements :

• A strong passion for the beauty industry
• Strong leadership, organiszational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Uderstanding of influencer marketing and community management strategies
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging content
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Any prior experience in influencer marketing, social media management, media or community management

5. Ads Performance

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms and their respective best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in skincare and beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team with strong cross function leadership

6. Live Streaming PIC

Requirements :

• Experienced in mutlimedia and device production
• Excellence in data analyzing
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas

• Had experience of being a host in front of camera

7. Titok PIC

Requirements :

• Have experience handling ecommerce, preferably Tiktok
• Able to analyze sales and competitor data
• Have high creativity
• Having skills in digital advertising will be preferred

8. Graphic Designer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree of Graphic Design, Fine Art or related field from reputable university
• Have knowledge experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect)
• High enthusiasm in beauty/skincare industry

9. Live Host

Requirements :

• Passionate of working in beauty industry & having a can do attitude
• Had experience of being a host in front of camera
• Have good English communication skills will be an advantage
• Social media savvy

10. Live Operator

Requirements :

• Responsible for the day-to-day live streaming execution
• Manage to operate OBS in every streaming session
• Able to synchronize A/V with device equipment to perform live streaming better
• Familiar with TikTok and e-commerce seller center

11. Content Creator

Requirements :

• Create/produce TikTok and Instagram Content for product promotion
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares)
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
• Research beauty industry-related topics
• Reporting Monthly (Reach, View, ER, Learnings & Suggestion)

12. Research & Development

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science (cosmetics science, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields)
• Minimum 2 year of experience as formulator or related fields, preferably in personal care or cosmetics industry
• Passionate in beauty industry
• Technical knowledge of chemistry, polymers, colorants, emulsions, surfactants, and other raw materials used in the cosmetic industry

13. Finance Accounting

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree majoring Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum years experience as finance & accounting (preferably from FMCG Industry)
• Exposures in financial reporting, taxation, cost accounting, Ms Excel, SAP
