DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We're looking for a storyteller who can own content end-to-end — from concept to shoot to edit to post. You'll be embedded with the Ekspedisi Kitabisa team, traveling across multiple locations in Aceh to document real stories from the field as part of Kitabisa's social mission.

Job Description

• Develop ideas and visual storytelling concepts — including copy — for short-form social media videos

• Shoot video content in the field (phone is okay)

• Edit videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro with fast turnaround in mobile, on-the-go conditions

• Travel across Aceh to document real stories from the field during Ekspedisi Kitabisa

• Participate actively in Ekspedisi Kitabisa activities as both crew and content creator, covering concept through to posting

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Strong storytelling and narrative instinct — you know what makes a story land

• Fast and reliable editor who can deliver under field conditions without dropping quality

• Highly adaptive — comfortable with uncertainty, changing plans, and meeting new people on the ground

• Field-ready and willing to travel in raw, remote conditions across Aceh

• Confident on camera when needed

Bonus points:

• Experienced with mirrorless or DSLR cameras

• Able to operate a drone
