Business Operations Associate for Ruangguru Private

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality, and delightful learning experience across all partner schools under the Ruangguru project.
  • Drive daily teaching and learning operations, including smart class distribution, real-time student-teacher attendance tracking, and schedule management.
  • Act as a trusted operations contact for partner schools, teachers, and students—delivering timely assistance, clear learning updates, and product guidance.
  • Identify and resolve real-time operational blockers (e.g., schedule changes, attendance gaps) to ensure zero learning disruption for partner schools.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table to automate, streamline, and elevate our daily operational workflows and service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with B2B Sales, Regional Teams, Academic Quality, and Product teams to align operational execution with business goals and client SLAs.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in business operations, project management, client success, or EdTech operations is preferred.
  • Strong empathy and dedication to delivering a seamless customer experience for schools, teachers, and students.
  • Comfortable working with operational metrics/KPIs (e.g., Class Fulfillment Rate, Attendance Rate, etc) and proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust and communicate effectively with school leaders, teachers, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Critical thinker and capable of managing dynamic priorities and resolving operational issues on the fly.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to take full ownership of school project deliverables from start to finish.
