Responsibilities
• Managing student study schedules includes: analyzing, managing capacity, communicating to students' parents and handling changes of student study schedules.
• Involved in preparing student learning plans including: collecting student information, communicating with students' parents, ensuring student learning plans run well.
• Ensure 100% student attendance.
• Collaborate with all teams, to simplify the process of extending the student study period.

• Active in English
• Minimum education: Diploma, Bachelor Degree
• Neat and polite appearance
• Minimum 1 year experience in the field of customer relations
• Proficient in using G-Sheet, G-Doc, G-Slide, Online Meeting Applications
• Able to work with targets
• Have good communication skills and persistence in finding solutions to customer problems
