Digital Ads Specialist

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We're hiring an Ads Specialist to run high-performing campaigns and turn data into business growth.

📍 Pluit, Jakarta Utara (On-site) | 🕘 Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Plan, run & optimize ads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & TikTok
  • Research keywords, audiences & competitors to shape strategy
  • Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding & budgets
  • Partner with design/content on ad creatives & landing pages
  • Improve CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS & conversion rate
  • Generate qualified leads for Sales & BD
  • A/B test copy, creatives & landing pages
  • Track via GA4, GTM & Meta Pixel; deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights
  • Use AI tools to automate reporting, ad copy testing & campaign analysis
  • Stay current on platform updates & trends

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business, IT, or related
  • 2+ years in Digital Advertising / Performance Marketing / Paid Media
  • Hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads (required); LinkedIn/TikTok Ads a plus
  • Strong in campaign optimization, lead gen & digital metrics
  • Familiar with GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite & conversion tracking
  • Data-driven, budget-savvy, ROI-focused
  • Uses AI to work smarter — automations or workflows that simplify real work
  • Strong communicator; handles multiple campaigns at once

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a digital agency, software house, IT consultancy, or other service-based company
  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certified
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/GEO, CRO & marketing funnel strategies
