PEEPL has spent 25 years assessing and developing people for Indonesia's largest organisations, and now runs Nucleus, an AI talent platform. We need a Facility & GA Intern who can hit the ground running and help keep our office smooth, safe and comfortable.

Near Jl. Sudirman · 3-month internship · Reports to Facility & GA Supervisor

In Your 3 Months

  • Keep asset records accurate in ERP system, and support stock-takes, labeling and asset handovers
  • Source vendor quotes, compare them, and build our vendor catalogue by the end of month 3
  • Follow up maintenance and damage reports until they’re resolved, and keep the front office, pantry and meeting rooms running
  • Track your own tasks and send a short daily report, so your progress is always visible

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Are a final-year student or fresh graduate (D3/S1) in any field; Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is a plus
  • Have internship or organisational experience in admin, GA or operations, and are confident with Excel (lookup, pivot)
  • Are proactive, organised and good with people: you follow up with vendors and colleagues without being chased, and keep your work tracked

Not for you if you’d rather avoid admin work or prefer to be told exactly what to do. Here you’ll own your tasks from day one and keep your supervisor updated without being asked.
