DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Input, record, and verify production manpower attendance and working hours accurately and regularly
  • Prepare monthly reports on production manpower data to support operational and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with Production and Installation departments to ensure accurate and consistent employee data
  • Handle daily financial administration, including invoice verification, petty cash management, and document filing
  • Maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of company data, particularly financial and employee records
  • Willing to perform operational duties and supervision across Cipondoh and Karawang as required

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Administration. Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds and strong administrative skills are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data processing and manpower reporting
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling data and financial documents
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with production and field teams
  • High integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining data confidentiality
  • Adaptable and willing to work across operational areas in Cipondoh and Karawang as required
