Bertanggung jawab dalam pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan analisis data untuk memantau performa produksi. Posisi ini juga menyusun laporan, mengidentifikasi penyebab ketidaksesuaian, mendukung kegiatan audit, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim dalam evaluasi dan perbaikan mutu.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Pendidikan Minimal SMK/Sederajat (Berpengalaman dibidang yang relevan). D3/S1 Semua jurusan
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target produksi harian.
  • Mampu membuat laporan hasil produksi.
  • Mampu melakukan monitoring efisiensi dan efektivitas proses produksi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim kerja operasional.
  • Mampu mengambil keputusan dengan cepat saat terjadi kendala di line produksi.
  • Komunikatif dalam berkoordinasi dengan tim.
  • Disiplin dan bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugas.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara shift
