IT Business Analyst

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Support system enhancement request by analyzing and documenting user requirements
  • Manage system developer prioritization in delivering system enhancements
  • Design functional solution together with system developer to address user requirements
  • Conduct internal testing to ensure all the functional solution working
  • Arrange user acceptance testing with business users to validate the enhancement by gathering proof of test and sign off
  • Create user guide documentation and provide system training to trainers or business users, when required by the project
  • Work closely with respective departments and development team to resolve production issue

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor Degree majoring Information Technology / System Information
  • Minimum 2 Years of working experience in software development environment
  • Know and understand of building/drafting BRD, FSD, TSD & UML.
  • Understand how to elaborate user requirement, build software solution, conduct and arrange user testing
  • Basic understanding of project management and reporting
  • Good knowledge on Ms. Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
