IT Business Partner

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Support project execution and monitor progress, timeline, and deliverables.

• Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Provide application support and coordinate issue resolution.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.

• Support solution analysis and process improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate testing, implementation, and post go-live activities.

• Monitor project risks, issues, and ensure timely project delivery.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Male/Female, 22–30 years old (female candidates are required to wear hijab).

• Professional and well-groomed appearance.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a State University (PTN) or selected private universities such as BINUS University, Institut Teknologi PLN, or Telkom University.

• Educational background in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum GPA of 3.50.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Business Partner, Application Support, or a similar role.

• Experience in project management and involvement as a Solution Analyst (SA) or Business Analyst (BA).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table).

• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Figma, and Canva.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
