Junior Travel Consultant – Fresh Graduates Welcome

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

No prior GDS experience is required, as you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end ticketing transactions, including ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and other related requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding ticketing matters.
  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality in accordance with established team performance standards.
  • Follow established procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines when handling assigned tasks.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with the team's quality standards.
  • Report operational issues, system limitations, and processing discrepancies to the direct supervisor in a timely manner.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Open to fresh graduates with a minimum Bachelor's degree in any major. Vocational high school graduates specializing in Tourism are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Prior exposure to the travel industry or familiarity with GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is an advantage, but not required.
  • Willingness to work at either our Central Jakarta or BSD City office, depending on operational needs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
