DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Work closely under Expat and learn and support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
  • Assist in monitoring operational standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in opening, closing, and shift management activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Assist in implementing local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Support membership acquisition, customer retention, and business growth initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in management training programs, workshops, and operational projects.
  • Complete assigned rotations across different business functions.
  • Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments assigned by management.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and entertainment industries.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Willing to undergo training and accept rotational assignments.
