Marketing Executive [Telemarketing & Lead Generation]

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive – Telemarketing & Lead Generation to support our business growth through telemarketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and digital marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, maintaining customer databases, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase business opportunities.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer engagement
  • Strong in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Experienced in cold calling, telemarketing, and prospecting new customers
  • Confident communicating with customers by phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work with targets, KPIs, and deadlines
  • Comfortable using CRM / sales tools is a plus
  • Willing to support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and customer database development
