Position Overview

Howel is looking for 1 Full-Time Marketing Specialist to become the company's marketing generalist.

This role goes beyond executing marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in understanding our customers, competitors, brand positioning, business performance, and marketing channels to help make better marketing decisions.

You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, generate insights, and continuously improve Howel's marketing performance across all channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through marketing, rather than focusing on only one area such as advertising or content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Business

• Develop a deep understanding of Howel's brand, products, customers, and business model.

• Understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities to strengthen the brand.

Marketing Strategy

• Participate in content planning and campaign brainstorming sessions.

• Contribute ideas to improve branding, customer experience, and overall marketing effectiveness.

• Support marketing decisions with data, research, and customer insights.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct regular competitor research and market analysis.

• Study industry trends and identify opportunities for Howel.

• Review marketing performance across:

• Meta Ads

• TikTok Ads

• Google Ads (if applicable)

• Shopee Ads

• TikTok Shop Ads

• Affiliate Marketing

• Marketplace performance

• Turn marketing data into actionable recommendations.

Customer Insights

• Read customer chats, marketplace reviews, gift cards, and customer feedback to understand customer motivations, pain points, and purchasing behaviour.

• Translate customer insights into marketing improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the CEO, Merchandise Team, Content Team, KOL Team, Marketplace Team, and other departments to execute marketing initiatives.

Note: The candidate does not need to be an expert media buyer. However, they should understand marketing metrics, know how to analyse campaign performance, and be able to collaborate effectively with advertising specialists.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Preferred Background

• Experience in consumer brands, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, gifting, premium brands, or e-commerce is highly preferred.

• Experience working with marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.) is a strong advantage.

• Bachelor's degree.
