Middle System Analyst

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solution architectures to meet organizational IT needs.
  • Manage and support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects.
  • Perform business process analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and maintain software design and technical documentation.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Analyze business problems and propose effective, practical solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1), any major, with experience in the IT field.
  • Have at least 5 years experience as a System Analyst or in an equivalent position in a similar industry
  • Analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements
  • Mastering Microsoft Office, SQL, system administration, programming languages, and applications.
  • Conduct Business Requirement Analysis
  • Design and develop Solution Architecture
  • Perform Business Process Design and Continuous Improvement
  • Create and review Software Design
  • Able to think critically, communicate, conduct business analysis, be creative, and do planning.
  • Able to design and provide new solutions to meet IT organizational needs.
  • Apply and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Understands general banking flow or has experience in banking IT.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be creative and methodical in identifying problems and proposing effective solutions
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Willing to work onsite at Central Jakarta
