DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

About this Position :

The Hub Partner Training & Program Officer is responsible for driving partner (mitra) refreshment, retention, and training excellence. This role plays a key part in maintaining partner engagement while ensuring seamless alignment between training initiatives and hub operations.

Job Description :

  • Program Development & Delivery: Update, and conduct regular partner refreshment training programs, Based on business and operational needs.
  • Operations & Scheduling Alignment: Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure accurate Mitra scheduling, as well as identify and resolve unscheduled partner issues.
  • Engagement: Mobile regularly across Astro hubs to identify operational issues and training needs directly on Hub.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key training metrics—including post-test scores, attendance rates, and overall effectiveness—and deliver accurate daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize data insights and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps, propose targeted improvement initiatives, and update monthly training workflows.
  • Performance Targets: Maintain a minimum average post-test score of 90% and sustain training attendance rates above 75%.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Training, Operations, Logistics, or Retail environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), case studies, and training gap identification.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (pivot tables, IF conditions, error handling, and array formulas) for reporting and analytics.
  • Agile, proactive, and willing to be hands-on in supporting team operations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing performance targets.
  • Willingness to work dynamically across different hub locations as required
