DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Acquire new business partners and manage existing partner relationships to build long-term strategic collaborations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage partnership programs that drive revenue growth, membership acquisition and sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including payment gateways, bnlp, e-commerce, retail, travel, and other strategic sectors.
  • Promote and sell mapclub points as a B2B loyalty solution to support partners' customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and create new revenue streams.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • 3 years Total working experiene
  • Experienced in partnership, business development, e-commerce, & the financial industry as well as has a strong network & good relationships with partners
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, experienced in partner management, with solid analytical and reporting abilities
  • Experience in working with major banks, fintech startups, or e-commerce loyalty platforms.
  • Knowledge of loyalty point programs, installment schemes, or cashback mechanics
