Product Owner

The role:
You'll own the space between what we want to build and what our customers are asking for. Your job is to understand both well enough to make a defensible call, write it down clearly, and get it built. We're not looking for a backlog administrator or a project manager. We're looking for someone who can sit with a stakeholder describing a symptom and leave with a clear picture of the underlying process, the actual problem, and the constraints around it.
What you'll do:
Own the backlog end-to-end - you decide what gets built next and why, and you keep the team clear on both.
Do the business analysis - get past what people ask for to what they actually need: the process behind it, the constraints around it, the edge cases nobody mentioned.
Design the solution. Map the business process, define the logic and the edge cases, and produce a specification the team can build from without guessing.
Run the product rhythm. Refinement, planning, acceptance together with an international team and Dutch clients.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
- Proven Product Owner experience in a software product environment where you've owned a backlog, worked directly with developers, and made the call on what gets built;
- Strong business analysis and solution design skills. This is the core of the job, not a nice-to-have;
- Clear written and spoken English. Non-negotiable, it's how we work, and you'll be in front of clients;
- Comfort with technology and a proactive default;

Our clients are energy and telecom companies in the Netherlands who use it to run everything from lead intake to proposals to service delivery, without stitching five tools together.
Where it's going: an Agentic Communication Hub, where AI agents handle routine interactions, hand off to humans for complex ones, and operate within the same journeys and audit trails. Same workflow, executed by a person or an AI. That's what we're building toward.
