DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Bertanggungjawab terhadap GMP Patrol & Implementasi
2. Bertanggungjawab terhadap pembuatan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi dokumen kualitas produk
3. Bertanggungjawab terhadap penanganan komplain
4. Bertanggungjawab mengupdate informasi regulasi terbaru dan menerapkannyake dalam sistem QA
5. Bertanggungjawab pada implementasi HSE
6. Mengusulkan revisi SOP, spesifikasi produk, dan dokumen QA lainnya
7. Meminta dokumen pendukung dari departemen terkait untuk kepentingan audit atau registrasi
KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
1. S1 Teknologi pangan, Gizi, Teknik kimia, Biologi, Kimia
2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Quality Assurance/Regulator Affair/Document Control/RnD di food manufacturing
3. Memiliki kemampuan kerja secara sistematis, tegas, teliti, analitis, problem solving, memiliki penalaran dan komunikasi yang baik
4. Memiliki kemampuan bekerja secara sistematis, tegas, teliti, analitis, problem solving, memiliki penalaran dan komunikasi yang baik
5. Memahami tahap registrasi regulasi pangan seperti BPOM, Halal dan HACCP
6. Mengetahui metode pegujian produk pangan
7. Memahami peraturan perungang-undangan terkait keamanan pangan, peraturan BPOM, SNI, dan SNI CXC 1-1969
8. Mampu menggunakan MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Outlook) dan SPSS
