Robotics Lead Coordinator

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Own and coordinate the overall Robotics roadmap, priorities, timeline, and cross-functional execution.
  • Drive Business Development, including market/competitor analysis, business planning, partnerships, pilot planning, and expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with Academic & Operations to ensure the robotics curriculum, learning journey, tools, teacher readiness, classroom setup, and operational model are technically sound and scalable.
  • Develop the Robotics competition pathway and ecosystem, including relevant competitions and external partnerships.
  • Connect the product proposition with Marketing & Commercial teams for GTM, trial class, sales tools, and parent communication.
  • Track progress, dependencies, risks, and key decisions across teams, and escalate strategic issues when needed.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Developing a Robotics program is a must - ideally from robotics education, stem, engineering, robotics competition, or robotics product development.
  • Familiar with robotics concepts and platforms such as micro:bit, Arduino, vex, lego/Sphero, elecfreaks/Yahboom, or equivalent.
  • Strong project ownership and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Able to bridge technical/academic discussions with business and customer perspectives.
  • Comfortable working in a 0→1 product development environment.
  • Business Development / new business experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with robotics competitions (wro, vex, fll, etc.) would also be a very plus.
