Security Operations Center Analyst L1

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Monitor and analyze security alerts, system logs, and events using SIEM and other security monitoring tools to identify potential threats and suspicious activities.
  • Investigate security alerts, perform initial incident analysis, assess severity, and escalate potential security incidents to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
  • Document security incidents, maintain accurate investigation records, and prepare daily SOC monitoring reports to support operational visibility and incident tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support incident handling, follow up on escalated incidents, and ensure timely communication and resolution of security threats.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in SOC / Cyber Security Operations
  • Mandatory certification: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, CND (Certified Network Defender)
  • Familiar with SIEM tools, log analysis, and security incident handling
  • Basic understanding of network security, threat detection, and incident response
  • Able to work in shift/on-site/project-based assignment
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
