Senior Business Development Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Sales Execution & Hunting: Mendorong pencarian leads baru secara agresif untuk ketiga lini bisnis (Resourcing, Project, Product).
  • Team Leadership: Memimpin, memotivasi, dan memonitor aktivitas harian tim sales di bawahnya (mengontrol CRM, pipeline, kunjungan klien).
  • Closing Architecture: Mendampingi tim sales untuk melakukan presentasi teknis, menyusun proposal komersial, hingga melakukan closing kontrak.
  • Account Retention (Regular): Mengelola proses renewal untuk akun-kun reguler/menengah dan melakukan upselling/cross-selling.
  • Market Intelligence: Menganalisis tren pasar IT, pergerakan kompetitor, dan memberikan masukan produk/layanan apa yang sedang dibutuhkan pasar kepada COO.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Pengalaman minimal 5–7 tahun di bidang B2B IT Sales / IT Solution / IT Outsourcing, dengan minimal 2-3 tahun di posisi manajerial/lead.
  • Memiliki network (jejaring) yang luas dengan para pembuat keputusan (C-Level, VP, GM IT/HR) di berbagai industri (Perbankan, Fintech, FMCG, Retail, dll.).
  • Memahami ekosistem IT (perbedaan antara IT Resourcing/Outsourcing, Managed Services, Software Development Project, dan SaaS/IT Product).
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang kuat untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan tim sales agar mencapai target.
  • Kemampuan negosiasi, presentasi, dan komunikasi yang sangat baik (Bahasa Indonesia & Inggris).
