STAFF PPIC (SHIPYARD)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Prepare and update production schedules in line with project targets and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor daily production progress across workshops and production areas to ensure activities remain on schedule.
  • Control material requirements based on the Bill of Material (BOM) and production plans.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth production execution.
  • Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules and project requirements.
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate production, material, and inventory data within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Prepare daily and weekly production progress reports for management and related departments.
  • Support the Head PPIC in controlling project schedules, material planning, and production performance.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PPIC Staff in a shipyard environment is preferred.
  • Good understanding of production processes in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret Bills of Material (BOM), engineering drawings, and production schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work in a shipyard environment.
