Sustainability Associate
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Collect, process, and analyze sustainability (ESG) data on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually) to support management decision-making.
- Support the preparation of the Company’s Sustainability Report, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable standards (POJK 51/2017, GRI Standards, and SASB).
- Develop, design, and implement sustainability programs aligned with the company’s strategy.
- Drive and integrate sustainability initiatives into daily operations, including:
- Energy efficiency and resource optimization
- Emissions reduction and waste management
- Circular economy practices
- Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculation and reporting
- Integrate ESG principles across business functions and help build internal awareness around sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to support and enhance the company’s sustainability performance.
- Handle ESG-related data requests and disclosures from external parties, including for ESG ratings, sustainability indices, and investor relations purposes.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on sustainability KPIs.
- Support the implementation of the company’s Creating Shared Value (CSV) programs.
KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or CSR. Fresh graduates with relevant experience or strong interest are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable working with data and able to analyze it to support decision-making.
- Good communication and coordination skills, both with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage tasks within deadlines.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest and passion in sustainability, ESG, and impact-driven initiatives.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
