Website & SEO Specialist

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's corporate website to ensure content accuracy, functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building initiatives to improve organic search performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize website traffic, user behavior, and performance using analytics tools to support continuous improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max) to support business objectives.
  • Optimize website structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, and technical SEO in accordance with search engine best practices.
  • Manage website content through CMS platforms and perform basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript updates when required.
  • Collaborate with content, design, IT, and marketing teams to enhance website functionality and deliver integrated digital campaigns.
  • Monitor website health, identify technical issues, and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors to ensure optimal website performance.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in website management, SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience managing corporate websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for website maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Good understanding of website architecture, page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, indexing, sitemap, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret website performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B or industrial companies and basic UX/UI knowledge will be considered an advantage.
