BI Developer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.
  • Create and maintain data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
  • Develop executive-level KPI dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Implement security controls, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • Provide actionable insights through effective data visualization and storytelling

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development or Business Intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database concepts.
  • Strong understanding of dashboard design principles, UX/UI, and data visualization best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferrable requirements:

  • Experience with BigQuery, Azure, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Python, or other analytics tools.
  • Experience building dashboards for insurance, financial services, or other data-driven industries
