BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Conduct verbal (phone) and non-verbal (application) communication to potential customers, introduce and provide information about the company’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Monitor escalations and systematically record progress and follow-up activities.
  • Persuasively communicate product information and special promotions to potential customers, and follow up consistently until an appointment or meeting is scheduled.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling products or services over the phone.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team on lead status, customer feedback, and next actions / progress.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
  • Min. 1 - 2 years of Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sales approach. .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and spreadsheets, to maintain organized databases and track progress.
  • Result-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving targets.
  • Friendly, polite, responsive, and proactive in providing information and offer.
  • Ability to provide effective solutions and the best initiative solve Handling Rejection.
  • Strong negotiation skills to identify potential customers, sales opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Being good at English is an advantage.
