Lead Sales Interior

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving the Booking Fee target per month.
  • Improve the conversion rate from Leads to Booking Fees.
  • Drive Arrange Visit (AV) generation from incoming leads.
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline for the Interior Advisor and Leads Generator teams.
  • Ensure follow-up activities are conducted promptly, consistently, and effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and daily sales activities.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and improvement plans for team members.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure an effective sales process and deliver an optimal customer experience.
  • Responsible for technical training for new agent

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Management, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Banking, Property, or Interior Design industry.
  • Experience working in a service-oriented industry.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a sales-oriented role.
  • Proven experience in managing and coaching a team.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
