DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, or related fields.
  • Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
  • Passionate about content creation, social media, and digital trends.
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to explore new content ideas.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools) are a plus.
  • Previous experience as a content creator or on-camera talent is a plus.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Act as the face of Dekoruma in social media content, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
  • Assist in creating engaging, creative, and trend-driven content that aligns with Dekoruma's brand identity.
  • Support daily social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and audience preferences to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Collaborate with the social media team during brainstorming, shooting, and content production.
  • Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
