DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Merencanakan, melakukan kunjungan dan menjalin hubungan yang produktif dengan para dokter, serta membuka peluang pengembangan pasar baru, sehingga target penjualan bisa terpenuhi secara maksimal. Mengelola dan mengembangkan account dokter, rumah sakit, klinik, dan customer sesuai wilayah/area yang menjadi tanggung jawab.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Min. 4 tahun pengalaman di bidang Sales / Business Development.
  • Pengalaman Manajerial: Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 – 2 tahun dalam posisi kepemimpinan / supervisi (memimpin dan membina tim).
  • Pengalaman Industri: Wajib memiliki pengalaman di industri Alat Kesehatan, Farmasi, atau Healthcare B2B
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan ke luar Jawa (Sumatra, Sulawesi dan Kalimantan)
