Digital Product Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and detailed product specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user needs, and strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product features and technical requirements.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, and evaluate key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate Agile product development processes and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify product enhancement opportunities and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap, progress updates, and performance reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Digital Product Management or similar product leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and planning to development and product launch.
  • Proven ability to create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and product specifications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and backlog management.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong hands-on experience using Jira for product backlog management, task tracking, sprint planning, and monitoring product development progress.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product data, user behavior, and performance metrics to drive product improvements.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear product features and requirements.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business value and user needs.
  • Good understanding of digital product ecosystems, including APIs, mobile/web applications, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to present product strategy, roadmap, and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to join immediately or on short notice
