Export Senior Staff

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Manage and prepare all export shipping documents.
  • ⁠Coordinate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, surveyors, and port agents.
  • ⁠Monitor and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) documents.
  • ⁠Ensure full compliance with government regulations.
  • ⁠Maintain continuous communication with overseas buyers regarding shipment status, documents tracking, and post-delivery updates.
  • ⁠Prepare weekly and monthly export reports for the Management and relevant internal departments.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • D3/D4/S1, any major
  • ⁠Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as an Export Staff
  • Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, customs procedures, and Letter of Credit (L/C) mechanisms.
  • ⁠Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin or other foreign languages is a major advantage.
  • ⁠Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines or high-pressure situations.
  • ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with export/customs systems or ERP software is preferred.
