About this Position

We are looking for a Frozen Inbound Senior Supervisor to oversee daily frozen inbound operations, ensuring receiving accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with cold chain requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, optimizing manpower productivity, and ensuring all inbound activities meet established service levels, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

  • Oversee daily frozen inbound operations to ensure receiving accuracy, SLA achievement, and compliance with operational SOPs.
  • Ensure proper handling of frozen products in accordance with cold chain, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Plan and allocate manpower based on inbound volume and operational priorities to maintain productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inbound performance, prepare daily reports, and analyze discrepancies, incidents, and performance gaps.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance receiving accuracy, productivity, and SLA achievement.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Category, Quality, and Inventory teams to resolve inbound issues and ensure smooth operations.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with strong exposure to inbound processes and at least 2 years of experience at Supervisor level.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end inbound processes, particularly receiving, quantity verification, discrepancy handling, and inbound planning.
  • Hands-on experience in frozen warehouse operations, with a solid understanding of cold chain requirements, food safety, and proper frozen product handling.
  • Proven ability to lead frontline operational teams, manage shift activities, allocate manpower, and maintain productivity without compromising receiving accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of operational SLAs, performance monitoring, and warehouse productivity indicators.
  • Able to perform basic operational data analysis, prepare reports, and identify performance gaps using numbers and operational metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas and data processing. Familiarity with Google Slides is an advantage.
  • Able to perform manpower planning and basic forecasting based on inbound volume and operational requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across operational and supporting teams.
  • Resilient, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to make practical decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Cost-conscious, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to operational excellence and internal customer satisfaction.
