DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conduct psychotest, and initial interviews.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of culture program and activities.
  • Suppport Human Capital team operational.
  • Provide administrative support

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Final-year student (Not attending classes) or fresh graduate majoring Psychology
  • Strong communication skills and good interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to design and create visual materials
