IT Digital Product Owner Specialist

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring BAU processes, including allocating team resources to resolve user/stakeholder issues in accordance with the defined SLA

• Gather, analyze, and document business process requirements from users and stakeholders related to application development

• Develop application page design concepts and define the functionality of each menu in the backlog, ensuring alignment with the user journey

• Conduct testing for each application feature based on the backlog, user journey, and tickets, following the prepared test scenarios

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, IT, or related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Analyst

A detail oriented person with a background as an IT

Fluency in English is essential, Microsoft Office, advance with JIRA and SQL
