DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot employee hardware/OS, while managing user access, account setup, and password resets.
  • Assess job role requirements to establish standardized employee workstation specifications.
  • Monitor, maintain, and resolve office network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, Routers/Switches) and coordinate with ISPs/vendors.
  • Handle asset tagging, logging, and routine stock inventory management of IT equipment.
  • Manage device procurement requests, purchasing requisitions, and departmental dispatches.
  • Oversee software licenses, audit usage, and process timely subscription renewals.
  • Manage and process payment invoices for office internet services and software applications (budget & invoice management).
  • Maintain technical documentation, support ticketing logs, and periodic IT operational reports.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT Support, System/Network Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of System & Network Administration (Windows/macOS, Wi-Fi, LAN, Routers/Switches).
  • Experience in IT Procurement, stock inventory management, and asset tagging.
  • Proficient in IT administrative tasks, invoice reconciliation, and software license tracking.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
