Mechanical Supervisor

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Supervise and coordinate the mechanical maintenance team to ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely, effectively, and according to schedule.
  • Monitor maintenance activities and evaluate equipment performance, maintenance costs, downtime, and maintenance effectiveness.
  • Plan, monitor, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Lead troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and replacement of mechanical components, including pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, compressors, valves, piping systems, and other production equipment.
  • Ensure the availability of mechanical spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials in coordination with the relevant departments.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing, with experience in a supervisory or team-lead position preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, machinery, rotating equipment, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, piping, valves, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
  • Willing be placed in Banyuasin, South Sumatera
