Operations & Compliance Specialist

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Oversee and monitor daily business operations to ensure effective, accurate, and efficient execution across all operational workflows.

• Ensure strict compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, corporate governance frameworks, and industry standards.

• Develop, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational policies, and internal control mechanisms to support business growth and scalability.

• Identify operational risks, evaluate process gaps, and implement mitigation plans to reinforce internal controls.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Business teams to ensure operational readiness and process alignment.

• Track operational performance metrics, maintain documentation, and prepare compliance reporting for management.

• Support internal/external audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Risk Management, Law, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, Process Improvement, or related functions.

• Proven track record in managing operational processes, internal controls, compliance governance, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in financial services, trading, investment, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of business operations management, process mapping, and SOP development.

• Solid understanding of compliance management, risk control frameworks, and operational data monitoring.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• High level of attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
