Network Engineer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage and maintain network devices and infrastructure

• Monitor and manage data network cabling

• Support the operation and maintenance of Data Communication Networks (JKD), including Intranet and Extranet services.

• Handle virtual events, ticket requests, and incident management while ensuring SLA compliance.

• Assist in preparing network management reports and maintaining network administration documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network reliability and service quality.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Computer Networks or Information Systems.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.

Experience in managing and configuring network devices, especially Cisco products.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
