Odoo Functional Lead

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

PEEPL has spent 25 years assessing and developing people for Indonesia’s largest organisations, and now runs Nucleus, an AI talent platform. We need an Odoo Functional Lead to own our Odoo roadmap and lead the developer who builds it.

  • Take over the Odoo backlog and set a weekly delivery rhythm with the developer
  • Take at least one module from fit-gap to go-live yourself: FSD, configuration, UAT, training
  • Run every Odoo request through one controlled flow: spec, build, review, UAT, go-live
  • Make sure every module you ship has tracked change requests and a user manual

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Have 3+ years as an Odoo Functional or ERP Business Analyst, including 1+ year leading a team
  • Have taken at least one ERP implementation end to end, from fit-gap to go-live
  • Can configure at least 3 core Odoo modules, ideally Project, Sales/CRM and Accounting
  • Write the documents others build from: BRD/FSD, UAT scenarios and user manuals
