Payroll Staff

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and punctually, including overtime, shift pay, bonuses, holiday pay (THR), and applicable deductions.
  • Administer BPJS, income tax (PPH 21), and other statutory benefits by regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, payroll system, and personnel files.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly pay slips to employees.
  • Create employee-related documents, including CVs, education certificates, education transcripts, letters of intent, employment contracts, and resignation acceptance letters.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to payroll and employment documents.
  • Coordinate closely with the Finance team to facilitate payroll disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support internal and external payroll audits by providing necessary documentation.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields
  • Having 2-3 years of experience as a Staff Payroll, especially in the manufacturing industries
  • Know Coretax, Pph 21 & Natura
  • Having an understanding of Omnibus Law and Labor Law
  • Knowledge of the HRIS System, as well as the payroll system
  • Good skills in Mms Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot)
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Able to work multitasking
  • Have good communication skills for all levels (internal and external)
  • Good English, both written and oral
