  • Permits & Administration: Stay ahead of the paperwork—renewals before deadlines become problems.
  • AI & Automation: Make everyday work smarter—build and verify AI workflows across office ops, documents, and IT Support.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Minimum Qualifications

Hands-on operations experience—managing day-to-day operations.

You've built something with AI that saved real time—side projects count.

Agile, proactive, organized—you prioritize, follow through, and adapt.

Detail-oriented and critical thinking—you check records and dates, question assumptions, and verify AI output.

Sound judgment—you weigh options on quality, reliability, and total cost.

Discretion and integrity with employee and company information.

Bonus points

Background in IT, Office Administration, or IT certification — bring domain knowledge to challenge AI output.

Experience in an agency, startup, or fast-moving small team.

Comfortable with Excel (formula, conditional formatting, data validation) and Word (track changes, comment) - bonus if you've automated a manual task or workflow.
