Solution Analyst Intern

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements.
  • Document system interfaces, workflows, and application design.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Support testing activities and ensure quality standards.
  • Provide user training and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct vendor and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of system analysis, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT concepts.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or documentation tools is an advantage.
