Project Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will coordinate internal and external resources, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Industry: Design & Build – Commercial Office Interior Fit-Out

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial office interior fit-out and design & build projects.
  • Proven experience in managing both local and expatriate clients, with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience in office interior fit-out projects, including architectural, interior, MEP, and associated construction works.
  • Proficient in preparing and presenting project progress reports, management dashboards, and project updates for both internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including the preparation, monitoring, and execution of master schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
  • Experience in preparing tender documentation related to project management scope, including project execution plans, construction methodology, preliminary schedules, and resource planning.
  • Strong understanding of project cost control, budget monitoring, variation orders, and commercial risk management.
  • Proven ability to identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project progress and quality.
  • Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and project handover documentation.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is highly preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with expatriate clients and project stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
