Quality Assurance | Automation Manual

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of all software delivered by the Custom Development team, covering Shopify implementations and custom web development projects.

This role establishes QA standards, reviews testing deliverables produced by internal and outsourced QA resources, ensures release readiness, and works closely with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

The position focuses on quality governance and delivery assurance rather than people management.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in web application testing.
  • At least 2 years of experience testing Shopify eCommerce solutions (Shopify or Shopify Plus).
  • Experience testing custom web applications developed using modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular, or similar).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
  • Experience coordinating or reviewing the work of outsourced QA engineers is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience with manual functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
  • Knowledge of Shopify platform, including:
  • Theme customization
  • Storefront functionality
  • Checkout flow
  • Cart and payment validation
  • Promotions and discount rules
  • Apps integration
  • Experience testing custom web applications and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
  • Understanding of responsive and cross-browser testing.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for validation.
  • Knowledge of performance, accessibility, and security testing principles.
  • Experience using defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Experience with test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar).
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of browser performance and Core Web Vitals.
  • Basic understanding of Git version control.
