DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Help find potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial calls to check basic qualifications.
  • Write and post job openings on job boards and social media.
  • Update and organize candidate profiles in the recruitment database.
  • Arrange interview times between candidates and the hiring managers.
  • Help the team with recruitment events like job fairs or campus hiring.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Final-year university student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology
  • Strong passion to build a career specifically within Talent Acquisition
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic knowledge of job portals
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship program for a continuous duration of 6 months
