Technical Writer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Document business and technical requirements, system workflows, and process flows based on input from the BA/PM team.
  • Create and update user guides, SOPs, technical manuals, and other project documentation.
  • Prepare meeting minutes (MoM), presentation decks, and documentation for requirement discussions and reviews.
  • Maintain document accuracy, consistency, version history, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Distribute project documents and deliverables to relevant stakeholders for review and sign-off.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • D3 or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Able to write and communicate professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understand basic software development concepts, SDLC, and project phases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including document formatting, tables, and presentation preparation.
  • Able to create process flows, diagrams, or visual documentation using Visio, drawio, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Able to organize multiple documents, track revisions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prior experience preparing IT project documentation or working with Waterfall/Agile project teams is an advantage
