Technical Writer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including User Manuals, SOPs, Installation & Configuration Guides, API Documentation, Knowledge Base Articles, Release Notes, Training Materials, and System Design Documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, QA teams, product managers, and business users to gather technical information.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Manage document version control and documentation publishing.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, English, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English and/or Indonesian.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications, system diagrams, and API documentation.
  • Experience using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Markdown, Git/GitHub, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Adobe Acrobat, and Jira.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects.
