Recruitment Staff

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Source and screen candidates through online platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct and schedule HR and User interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the offering process, including salary negotiation and offer letter preparation.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed timeline.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology with 3.0 GPA.
  • 2-3 years experience as Recruitment Specialist in manufacture or beauty industry.
  • Able to conduct and familiar with psychological tools (instruction, scoring, interpret).
  • Have experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other job portal.
  • Familiar with recruitment trends.
  • Fluent in English a value plus.
  • Excellent in personal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS. Excel report.
