What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and Organize the Online Sales Team: Guide and manage the team to consistently exceed sales targets while optimizing resources.
  • Develop Skills and Capabilities: Coach and mentor team members, creating personalized development plans to boost performance.
  • Analyze Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and assess sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Micromanagement: Strong skills in managing time, tools, and personnel to optimize productivity.
  • Cross Calling: Experience supporting team members on customer calls and meetings to help close prospects and improve win rates.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of sales success, with the ability to lead by example and close deals.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Skilled in providing constructive feedback and ongoing support for team growth.
