[Talent Pool] Senior Android Developer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

At Aleph Labs, we are expanding our Talent Pool for Senior Android Developers to drive upcoming, high impact digital initiatives. In this role, you will build, scale, and deliver high performance mobile applications.

  • Core Android Development: Build, scale, and optimize high-performance native Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Clean Architecture (MVVM).
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams and communicate effectively in English with both local and regional stakeholders.
  • System Integration & Quality: Integrate web services/APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON), manage local/remote databases, and drive robust unit testing and bug fixing.
  • Modern UI & Technologies: Jetpack Compose experience and exposure to interactive or digital entertainment apps are a huge plus.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Android (Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) and Web technologies (HTML5, JS, PHP).
  • Good understanding of Android SDK, lifecycle, Clean Architecture, and MVVM.
  • Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON), databases (SQLite, MySQL), CI/CD, and Scrum.
  • Strong analytical, planning, communication (English), and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work On-Site (WFO) in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan.
